Terms & Conditions |

General -
All orders placed are immediately added onto our order system
and are treated as binding.
Payment -
We accept the following payment methods:
1) Credit Cards or Debit cards through Paypal, Cash, Company
Cheques.
2) A 50% deposit is required on confirmation of all orders.
Availability and Delivery - All
goods offered are subject to availability. Should goods become
out of stock items, estimated delivery times will be given where
possible. Time of delivery will not form essence of the
contract. We will endeavour to deliver goods by the stated
delivery date but may suspend or delay delivery and will not be
liable for any loss whatsoever. In the event of late delivery or
no-delivery of goods or any instalment outstanding the buyer
shall not be entitled to refuse to accept late delivery or treat
late delivery as breach of contract.
Perfect Creations will not be held responsible for items that
become discontinued, a full refund will be available for any
ordered item that is unavailable due to it being discontinued.
Dispatch -
Upon receipt of final payment, our order turnaround target time
is 10 working days.
Shortages & Damages - Please
ensure any damaged/insecure cartons are declared to the delivery
company at time of delivery. Any items not declared may result
in any subsequent claim not being authorised.
Any claim for goods received with shortages and damages must be
reported to Perfect Creations (either by verbal or written
communication) within 4 working days of receipt. Any claims made
outside this timeframe will not be accepted.
Returns - We
cannot accept any items in such a condition as to render them
not re-sellable. Goods ordered due to customer error will be
subject to 20% restocking charge.
Postage &
Packing Costs -
The cost of postage & packing will be determined by weight and
distance. Full costs to be met by customer.
Ownership of Goods -
All goods remain the property of Perfect Creations until full
payment has been made.
